Kings Meadows High School has a proud history of ensuring that young people have a smooth transition into life at high school.
We are a member of the Connect 6 network of schools which includes Longford, Perth, Evandale, Youngtown and Glen Dhu Primary Schools. School leaders from across our network regularly collaborate and attend meetings where the focus includes transition events but importantly, on the development of common approaches to learning.
