Earlier this week KMHS hosted its first Beacon Foundation event at the school. This High Impact ‘Prepare’ program is aimed at Year 8’s and is their first ‘careers exposure’ event where they learn from industry mentors. In the sessions they learnt about first impressions, stereotypes and transferable skills. Thank you very much to the business mentors who gave up their time to work with and inspire our students.
