Celebrations

Congratulations to the Grade 10s for the way that they conducted themselves during the Grade 10 exams. The exams are an excellent way for students in Grade 10 to experience exam-like conditions, study skills and being able to communicate their understanding in a pressure situation.

Grade Focus

The focus moving forward for Grade 10s is to finish strong. Term 4 is an extremely busy term and will go very quickly. It is important to push right through until the end and really finish Grade 10 on a high.

Transition:

In Term 4, students in Grade 10 will begin the enrolment process for college. It is important for students to consider their preferred college and really think about their subject. Launceston College enrolments will take place at Kings Meadows High School on 11th November.  Newstead enrolment dates are TBA.

Parent/carers are strongly encouraged to attend enrolment interviews with their child to support this process.
