Students in Grade 8 Computing started the term by looking at Big Data and how this topic is managed using Digital Technologies. As a class, they investigated the favourite Fast Food here at KMHS. Students were required to collaborate with their peers and use their newly developed skills on Microsoft Excel to complete the following steps:

• Organise the correct amount of voting slips for each class teacher group in the school.
• Input all of the collected data for their designated class into a spreadsheet.
• Clean up the data to ensure it was all spelt correctly and the data was correct.
• Collate the data into a master spreadsheet.
• Analyse the data using Pivot Tables.
• Summarise and display the data using an Infographic.
