GRADE 7 FOOD TECHNOLOGY:
Students in 7G have been very busy this term in Food Technology, learning lots of new skills and knowledge about cooking and more importantly, cleaning! We started the term making a range of sweet dishes, including Anzac Biscuits, Apple and Raspberry Muffins and the very delicious Butterscotch Scrolls. The second half of the term has been dedicated towards savoury dishes. In Week 9, students were transported to Mexico, cooking and eating some delicious Chicken Quesadilla’s with Potato Wedges. Students have been enjoying cooking these savoury meals, but more importantly, the opportunity to sit down with their peers and enjoy eating their own cooking with their friends.
